- HPE Discover is HPE’s largest EMEA event, bringing together customers, partners, and employees for high-level networking and knowledge exchange. The congress featured keynotes, a showcase, meeting center, breakout sessions, executive programs and evening events.
- ELLIS EVENTS GmbH managed the event’s end-to-end logistics, including venue and on-site management, hotel and room block coordination, catering, staffing, evening event and transportation.
- A key highlight was the HPE Fiesta—an immersive evening event hosted across six clubs at Barcelona’s Olympic Port, featuring entertainment, catering, security, and personnel coordination.
- The primary challenge was the significant increase in the number of attendees shortly before the event. While this highlighted the congresses’ popularity, it also introduced additional logistical complexities.
- We adapted space allocation, people flow and catering concepts in close collaboration with the client, thereby demonstrating the importance of flexibility, strong partnerships and precise logistical planning in large-scale international congresses.
